As a member of the TRAIL collective of artists I am preparing my submission to the spring exhibition at The Ariel Centre, Totnes. Following on from a plankton bloom for the last exhibition I am working on a series of close ups of zoo plankton, made from waste glass and broken/discarded costume jewellery. Its really good to start the year with a project to get my teeth into and I think they are coming together well, I am planning 9 in total.
I am a stained glass artist working in Exeter and a busy mum of 2; trying to carve a path through the tide of washing and children's toys that stands between me and making beautiful things.
